At SonicSmile, we want you to receive your new electric toothbrush as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once your SonicSmile is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery right to your doorstep. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days.

Returns

We want you to love your SonicSmile Electric Toothbrush. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your SonicSmile must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging included. For hygiene reasons, used toothbrushes and brush heads cannot be returned unless faulty.
