If your pillow arrives compressed, follow the manufacturer's instructions for allowing it to regain its intended shape before use.

• Clean the removable pillowcover separately if permitted.
• Avoid using bleach or harsh cleaning products unless the care label allows them.

Shipping

Returns

We want you to love your Nestora Kids Pillow. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Nestora Pillow must be in its original, unused condition, with all accessories and packaging included. For hygiene reasons, used toothbrushes and brush heads cannot be returned unless faulty.
